How to Join the Goose and Gridiron Lodge
1. Download and complete the appropriate application and a certificate of good standing and submit both by mail.

- Petitioners who are members of a lodge under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Ohio should submit the Plural Membership form.
- Petitioners who are members of a lodge under the jurisdiction of any other Grand Lodge should submit the Dual Membership form.
- Mail application and certificate of good standing to Goose and Gridiron Lodge No. 1717, 128 Coronado Court, Elyria, Ohio 44035.
2. An application received for membership, together with applicable fees from a brother who is in good standing with his home Lodge shall be distributed to all members by electronic mail. If no negative reports are received during a ten day waiting period from the date of electronic mail distribution, the applicant shall be made a member.
3. You will be notified of the outcome of your election either electronically or by postal service.
By completing the petition to join the Goose and Gridiron Lodge No. 1717, Free and Accepted Masons of Ohio, you agree that:
- You are a Master Mason in good standing in a lodge that is affiliated with the a Grand Lodge that is recognized by the Grand Lodge of Ohio;
- You will comply with the dress code of the Goose and Gridiron Lodge No. 1717 and to inform all guests of the same, which code requires dark suit or morning suit; black, Craft, or Lodge tie; white shirt; and white gloves; and black shoes.
- You understand that English regalia is required to be worn by all members of the lodge.
